« Quiet & excellent bed with black out windows. But flies inside & vagrant cats near parking. One side chair stained & sank low when we sat in it. Maybe worth 1/2 the price (for the excellent sleeping). »

« A beautiful step back in time with a cozy and relaxing place. The rustic decoration of the place is amazing and the whole experience was awesome. Ms Judy is an awesome host and met us there at check in to show us around and make sure our stay was great. Peaceful quiet country stay and 15-20 minutes to The Arc and restaurants in town! I highly recommend this place to stay. »

« This was perfect for our families stay to visit the Ark Encounter. The host was very responsive and hospitable. We wanted somewhere private but yet not too far away and this fit. It is on a working ranch so there was people moving about but nothing that was at all disruptive. We enjoyed watching the elk and other wildlife. The children enjoyed the fire pit to roast some marshmallows. Having young children coming along, the layout and number of beds were a big reason for choosing this property...

« Central location to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Cincinnati and UK or Lexington. I highly recommend. »

« Nice place out in the country. Very peaceful and quiet. Definitely will stay again if we’re in the area. »

« Beautifully kept, extremely courteous hosts! »

« Great location. Perfect for walking to restaurants and loved the coffee shop next door. Everything a couple needed for a weekend getaway. »

« Great room with unique and various features. Dan was over communicative which I enjoyed. The area had some localized flooding so pre-communication was appreciated! It was a quick stay, but we walked to downtown for all the local stores and lunch. Definitely walking friendly. Since this unit is on the 3rd floor with steep stairs, I recommend only bringing a small bag into the room. Other than that, being next to a church you’ll hear the 15 minute and 2 minute warnings for gatherings. More of a...

« We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, cute, and comfortable. Since it’s new construction, everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. We were in town for a wedding at Ashford Acres, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was also centrally located to restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. We especially enjoyed spending an...

« Everything was immaculate condition. Every house hold item was stocked. Extremely pleased with this property »

« Amazing stay, beautiful scenery and the family at the farm are the most wonderful people. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the farm! She was a wonderful hostess - she thought of everything that guests need! I will recommend the farm to my friends! »

« This was such a peaceful get away the kids played in the yard and went fishing and just loved all the animals (chickens ducks and goat)! This house had everything just need to bring your fishing poles and your own hotdog sticks and a match to have a wiener roast or cook on the beautiful stove top or utilize the amazing blackstone griddle! This place was amazing and I really appreciate the effort the host puts into this property!! Thanks for everything Andrew hopefully we get to come again »

« Absolutely adorable place! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking conveniences. The king bed is a sleep number to adjust to your comfort. The covered porches allow for relaxation and country sounds. It is a busy road during the day, just a kind wave from the residents makes it feel like home. »

« Hosts, Cindy and Dutch were amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much! Here are some light suggestions for your lovely place: 1) Add a rail in the shower & shower floor non slip stickers. 2) Outdoor Sensor Light by the garbage would be nice. 3) Solar Lights along path to the house. 4) In the closet, a hanging bar with hangers. 5) Outdoor Step Rail is a bit wobbly. If we are ever back in town, we would love to stay again! Thank you! 💕🙏 »

« Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15...
